Most people think exercise is for the body.  It helps with moods too.  But did you know that you can exercise to help with cognitive functions?  By working with opposites and coordination, you can help improve and maintain your brain health.

What I like about this video is that even if your fibromyalgia is keeping you chair bound, you might be able to manage some of these exercises.  And if these work, you might want to try one or more of their other videos. There are dozens of Sit and Be Fit videos on YouTube.
